This is a safe way to check that a change in pill shape is the same medicine and dose you need and not a pharmaceutical error. It's a good habit to do every time medicine is NEW or SHAPE CHANGE.

Good especially if your child picks up a pill off the street you can identify it and let the cops know what you found to keep the kids safe
